How should I arrive with my hair?

Please arrive with hair detangled. If hair is tangled there will be an automatic up charge of $60 at it as an additional service.


Is shampoo included?

Yes! Shampoo is included in all services.

  • ​We will cut hair prepped by client without shampooing it ourselves.

  • We do not break down services by price.

  • If dissatisfied-  Please contact us within 48hrs and we will fix free of charge. It is our goal to ensure you are completely satisfied!


Late - We allow a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes you will be charged for the full service and your appointment may be canceled.

Cancellation - Appointments must be canceled or reschedule 48 hours in advance of appointment date, if it is not canceled within that window you will be charged the full price of the service.


A last-minute cancellation is an automatic charge of the appointment

  • canceling after 48 hrs will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment.

  • when trying to cancel online the system will not let you after the 48hr period

  • You can also cancel leaving a voicemail and /or text within 48hr at (303) 731 - 2354.


Not sure what to book - You can send a text or email with what you want done also include a photo of your hair and reference photos of what you would like done.


Haircut versus trim - We do not differentiate between a haircut and trim. Either way we are cutting the hair how much we cut will be discussed between Stylist and client. We will respect what you’re comfortable with cutting.


Do you cut all curl types?

Yes! we work with all curl patterns.

Do you straighten hair?

Yes, if that is your preference!

Do you cut hair wet or dry?

Curly cuts are done wet with the exception of the client who will leave with a straight finish she will be cut dry stylist will examine hair prior to straightening to make sure she cuts the hair straight in the shape that will be complementary curly as well


What products do you use?

We use a variety of products, including: Moroccan Oil, J Beverly Hills, Ouidad, Trifecta and Beauty.

Do you recommend products?

Yes! We are happy to recommend products that might work well for you.


What if I don’t like the products?

We only recommend products that we are familiar with which are the products that we use in the salon. You may want to research and explore products  the product best suited for you.


Can I bring my own products?

It depends. We prefer to use products that we are familiar with but if you have built trust with your stylist you can discuss that with him/her.


Do you have a waitlist?

Yes, we do. You can find it right below the selection when looking for availability.

Are pets allowed?

No pets are allowed due to safety, sanitation, and possible allergies.
